Woi, Nak Makan Apa Sial?!
was a small project I produced back in 2020. The production idea came in the form of an assessment by World Of Buzz. The assessment was in 2 parts, which included the process of brainstorming and conceptualizing a minimum of 3 video content ideas for social media, as well as selecting one of the ideas to execute and produce.
"Woi, Nak Makan Apa Sial?!" is a Malaysian phrase that we tend to use when we can't decide on what to eat. It is in Bahasa Melayu and the direct translation would be something similar to saying "Hey, what do we want to eat?!". The idea behind the final product was to produce a short video that depicts the dilemma that we as Malaysians face on a daily basis, of being overwhelmed by the various choices of good food that surrounds us here, and to also showcase a few popular options from the heart of Kuala Lumpur in a very vlog-style concept.
